Novo Realty is the property marketing practice of Novo Solutions, a Dutch company. We take on a small number of listings for their selling agencies and present each one properly: the facts with their sources, photography, film, and pages in four languages.
How it works
Every property we market remains with the selling agency named on its page. We are hired for the marketing.
Questions and enquiries come to us in writing, by form or WhatsApp. We answer, and we introduce you to the agency.
Viewings, negotiation and the sale itself run exclusively through the listing agency. As a buyer you pay us nothing.
We are not an estate agency, we take no sales mandates and we do not represent sellers.
Every fact has a source
Every number on a Novo Realty page has a named source: the land registry, the Cédula, the energy certificate, or the listing itself. Where we could not verify a claim, we say so on the page. You should be able to check a property from home before you fly out.
